Victories of Robert Wickens and Kevin Korjus in the meeting of the Formula Renault 3.5 at the Nürburgring

After a weekend with victories of Robert Wickens and Kevin Korjus in the meeting of the Formula Renault 3.5 at the Nurburgring, the Canadian pilot stands with the lead of the Championship, when we arrived at the equator of the same. This means that it will test a formula Renault when it comes to the next meeting of the Formula Renault 3.5 at the Hungaroring circuit.
The first of two races saw an incredible fight between Robert Wickens and Daniel Ricciardo, with final victory of the third pilot Marussia Virgin Racing. Both are perhaps the pilots with the best combination of talent and experience of the category today. The two showed his class, finishing nearly 23 seconds ahead of Kevin Korjus, the third occupant of the podium.
Cesar Ramos got the first position of the pilots out of the podium, followed by our Albert Costa, the fifth, which continues to be regular, though perhaps lack a bit of speed in order to achieve better results. In a race very complicated, so only the track, wet State Parties highlighted Sergio Canamasas, sixth just behind her compatriot.
The second race was even more emotion prepared for spectators combregados fantastic Nurburgring circuit. In the first curve, a touch resulted in a spin to kevin korjus, who made the mandatory pit stop before the safety car to come to the track. It was done, as they would be stopping their rivals, the Estonian was climbing positions, and at the end he managed to win the victory.
Who lost a possible victory was Fairuz Fauzy, off track after blocking the wheels in a puddle of water before the Veedol chicane. That happened after his obligatory stop in the pits when filming ahead Korjus. In the end, it was even surpassed by Robert Wickens unleashed, which regained positions up second, ahead of the pilot Malaysian who completed the podium.
Jean-Eric Vergne and Daniel Ricciardo finished behind Fauzy, and just ahead of Albert Costa, who still score points, and although it is far from the lead of the Championship, it is not so much, for the runner-up. We hope that Hungary his luck changed a little and can fight for the podium or even for a victory which already deserves to get.

Victory for Kevin Harvick in the Coke 600

BumpsNotes has returned and has seen fit to let us know of his return, so now our summaries of NASCAR will again have the important summary in pictures of Joseph Foster. Without a doubt, a great news for those who we were still their videos week after week.

In the Coke 600 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, Dale Earnhardt, Jr, the pilot with most fans of NASCAR, the universe was about to return to a victory over 100 runs after the last. I could not be. Junior was left with honey on the lips. The calculations of his team leader were erroneous and the # 88 ran out of fuel when it enfilaba the last line.

With Earnhardt grieving, was Kevin Harvick, who won the victory, the third of the season. Richerd Childress Racing driver is the driver with most WINS of the season, ahead of Kyle Busch and Matt Kenseth. In the classification, Carl Edwards is a strong leader, with Harvick ascending up to the second and Jimmie Johnson third.

Victories of Alexander Rossi and Kevin Korjus in the first meeting of the Formula Renault 3.5

Exciting weekend who has lived in the Motorland Aragon, on the occasion of the first meeting of the Formula Renault 3.5, that has seen the victories of Alexander Rossi and Kevin Korjus. The United States, in addition, leaves Spain with the lead of the Championship under the arm.
Rossi lived an intense battle for the leadership of the first race with Daniil Move once Robert Wickens, who had the pole, was long at the first corner. Rossi and Move were fighting for victory until lap 12, when Rossi made advancing dramatically.
On the goal line, none of the two pilots wanted to give up, and saw a movement reminiscent of which was between Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost in the Grand Prize of Portugal of 1988. Some teams had to lift their slates, approaching the car from Rossi dangerously to the wall.
In the end, Move lost swerve and fell to fifth place, surpassed upon the end by Albert Costa, who "debut" EPIC racing, won the fourth position, behind Wickens and Panciatici, that acompanaro the winner Alexander Rossi in the podium of the first race of the year.
The second race took a completely different story. kevin korjus, qualified in second position on the grid for the second race, had a brilliant career, without any errors, and became, in his 18 years, three months and eight days, the pilot youngest to win a race in the Formula Renault 3.5.
The Estonian had no rival, and not even Rossi could reach him, despite the efforts made, which ended in second position. The podium completed one of our own, Albert Costa, who was struggling with Korjus at the start of career, but problems with the brakes delayed you.
Catalan was formed with the podium in a circuit which is not of his favorites, although it is the "home" race. With everything, it is the third in the overall standings and only a point separated from Robert Wickens, second classified. Rossi, for its part, is very prominent, 15 points ahead of Wickens.
The next meeting of the Championship will be the last weekend of may at the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. No doubt, another weekend of fantastic careers ahead for the World Series by Renault, which hopefully that Albert Costa can achieve even better results.

Ocean Racing Technology tab Johnny Cecotto Jr and Kevin Mirocha for the GP2 Series

Ocean Racing Technology has signed to Johnny Cecotto Jr and Kevin Mirocha for the GP2 Series. The team had to Oliver Turvey and Andrea Caldarelli during the GP2 Asia Series, but as it was already suspected, the team has completely changed their line-up.
Cecotto Jr, whose best result in the GP2 is a fourth position in Monaco last season, and that it has competed with Super Nova and Trident, is delighted with this new journey and at the age of 21 is optimistic before the 2011 season.
Kevin Mirocha is perhaps more unknown. He competed in the Formula Renault 2.0 last year, and he will make his debut in the GP2 in Turkey. The youngest pilot of whole grilled, and hopes will be to learn a lot with Ocean, which is today its main objective.
With these signings, the GP2 grid is almost closed, with only a site available in the Super Nova team, to day of today, and the doubt about who will run with the second car of Carlin, seen the economic problems of Mikhail Aleshin.
