GP of Monaco F1 2011: Fernando Alonso stripped of importance to the performance of Ferrari today

Fernando Alonso has removed importance to the performance of Ferrari in today in the circuit of Monte Carlo. This morning, and especially during the second session of free practice, Fernando has had a very good role, with the fastest time of the day. But for the moment, the Asturian does not want to rely too.
The driver of Ferrari, in his remarks mentioned, in an obvious (and logical) error, only today is Friday, is optimistic, but recognizes that Red Bull will be passed tomorrow even more competitive than today. In any case, explains that the Monaco circuit is unique and always can be absolutely anything.
Moment the car offers me the possibility to stop late to enter the curve quickly, so I'm happy, but is only Friday (Thursday). We know that when you get on Saturday, the pressure and nerves will increase and should be a margin of safety, because it is easy to make a mistake.
As to what happened with Felipe Massa, when the Asturian almost hits with his teammate, his opinion is that the fault was the car that rolled ahead of them. At no time said that it might be because of the Brazilian and, therefore, the possible controversy is closed before even open up.

Today 17 years ago that left us Ayrton Senna

On 1 May 1994, at the age of 34, which for many is one of the best drivers in the history, Ayrton Senna, died at the Autodromo Enzo and Dino Ferrari in Imola during the Grand Prize of St. Marina. The Brazilian died one day after the farewell of Roland Ratzenberger. The death of the Austrian broke 12 years of formula one without fatalities. To date, the deaths of Senna and Ratzenberger are the last of the great circus, streak which we hope to continue for a long, long time.
This event coincides in time with the arrival to the big screen of Senna, the documentary that recounts the eight years that Ayrton Senna was present in formula 1. A film that will be required viewing for any great fan that boasts of being.

For this reason, and as a complement to the movie of Asif Kapadia (in which this item is not), we bring you a documentary which seeks to resolve the keys of the death of Ayrton Senna. A pilot for one of the most brilliant movements which we have been able to see, and enjoy.

A new Mercedes GP own jump to track today

Last season had high hopes for Mercedes GP. Few were who believed that he had serious options to join the trio of head, Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull. Over the course of the season, we saw that the 2010 was not going to be the year of the Germans, would have to be patient with them. In 2009 you sounded the flute to Ross Brawn with the subject of the controversial diffusers, but last year the engineer English did not have any as in the manga.
The start of the offseason has been somewhat disappointing. The distance on the coconuts is estimated at around a second, and if they want to reduce the differences they will put the batteries. The first step have already you, putting on track, a priori, improved Mercedes GP own. To be able to vote this post you must login or register here.

The package with which filmed the single-seat German today includes a new front spoiler and a series of developments that have not specified. The pieces came last night and it is mounted in the car, that Michael Schumacher might have option to test these changes during the day today. To this we add a modified diffuser and redesigned exhaust, which Ross Brawn commented that they had expected a significant leap forward.
The offseason is coming to an end and the teams press the last few days of testing to develop their Roadsters. Between now and tomorrow we can calibrate if the remodeled own Mercedes helped the Germans to overcome the pessimism of beginning of the year.
