The rear spoiler Mobile will not be available with rain

During the last half hour of the second session of free today, practice the FIA has limited the use of the mobile phone rear spoiler (Drag Reduction System) to the area that will be allowed during the race. In short, speaking of the mobile phone rear spoiler, were shooting under race conditions.
But before they began to test this system in Albert Park, the heads of the teams and the FIA, met and took a decision. For security reasons, when the runway is wet or conditions of reduced visibility you may not use the adjustable rear spoiler. Thus it has been reported Charlie "Waiting" Whiting teams.
This will happen in the session of free practice, in the qualification and course in career. Wet floor conditions be determined by the use of rain tires. Any driver who is using them and to make use of the adjustable rear wing, will be punished.

The bent may unfold using mobile wing

Charlie Whiting confirmed bent pilots can use mobile to unfold is wing. The director of the formula 1 racing has clarified that cars that are less than a second that precedes them, and despite the fact that they lead a lap advantage, will have the opportunity of using such a system to recover the lost lap.
A measure that will surely that is not without controversy. The simplest would be left to the quiet bent and making his career, instead of giving them options which could create problems for cars which are playing something. The thinking of the direction of career seems to go in another direction, to vary.
Whiting said that this decision makes sense:
There are two reasons for this: first, the bent car may have a problem and, once fixed, be faster than that which precedes it; and secondly, if a car is effectively a lap behind, it is unlikely to be able to perform an overtaking.
This rule seems a real nonsense. If double to a single-seat sometimes turns into a lottery, now above have to be attentive to the rear-view mirrors if some folding comes in plan kamikaze. In addition, with this new measure is it would be giving rise to incidents which otherwise would be avoidable.
