PURE, new manufacturer of engines for formula one in the face to 2013

Who was Manager of Jacques Villeneuve and head of BAR, Craig Pollock, will be the head of PURE, new manufacturer of engines for formula one in the face by 2013. PURE, which means "Propulsion Universal and recovery of energy", is a project of engine expected to be under the microscope by the end of this year.
Pollock explains that PURE will have the support of TEOS Powertrain Engineering, company that is owned, in part, by Mechacrome, who already was in formula one in his day, responsible for the maintenance of old Renault engines. This partnership is exactly what will be different from the PURE engine, with regard to price.
According to Pollock, the fact that your company does not have as many workers as Renault, Mercedes, Ferrari or Cosworth implies that the price will also be lower. Logical, in any case, is to ask what experience have the members of this project, and seems to have experience in formula one and Le Mans, in general.
But it is that in addition, the design of the engine shall be signed by Jean-Pierre Boudy, who worked on the first engine Renault turbo at the end of the 1970s, as well as of mid-1990s Peugeot engines. Boudy is a logical choice for having experience with four-cylinder turbocharged engines, so that experience will be valuable.
The own Craig Pollock explains that from the Grand Prize of Spain, will be present at all meetings between the representatives of the formula one engines, and also in several races, for work in potential contracts for 2013. For the moment, Jean Todt and Bernie Ecclestone welcome you and celebrate the arrival of a new manufacturer of engines.
Personally, I have always opposed the concept of engines turbo 4-cylinder and cooled. But if this regulation begins to bring engine manufacturers as PURE, as reminds me, for example, the form as Hart entered formula one in the early 1980s, I will have to start to rethink things.
