Red Bull and Volkswagen and VAG group are United in the world of competition for several years. For Audi in the DTM, with SEAT in the WTCC with Skoda in the rally with the Volkswagen of the F3 Euroseries teams and with the Dakar Volkswagen team. A relationship strong and successful as almost always have accompanied them the successes.
But in the minds of Dietrich Mateschitz there something more, something that is not new. In statements to the German press, Red Bull owner of it has been agreed all these competitions in which work and therefore acknowledges that for Red Bull collaborate with Volkswagen in the highest category would be very interesting. And pretty much the same could be said Volkswagen. Introducing a product to live up to the mark, a partnership with Red Bull ensure them presence in the most high and hits almost immediately. The perfect justification to make the leap to a complicated formula category.
Now, our companies are fairly close to each other. A collaboration with VW would be interesting, not only for us but for any team in formula 1
