FIA confirms 1.6 V6 engine turbocharged for 2014

With how easy that is clarified together and then take the official note, we have spent a couple of weeks "in suspense" waiting for someone to confirm something. First Jean Todt said that you surely that you defer the arrival of the new engines, then the teams limited agree to delay the rules until 2014 and as always, the last to arrive but who really has the power to decide, the FIA now officially said yes, that in 2014 will see get the 1.6 engine V6 turbocharged. And co-exist with the current 2.4 V8.
Then, what we are witnessing is a new era of more efficient engines, while we'd love to, I don't think they have much to do with the resurgence of those Honda V6 Turbo in the 1980s with Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost dominated with more slack than it does today RedBull. Before proceeding with a few minutes of pure speculation, we ended up for giving whether this news.

The new base engine is a 1.6 V6 Turbo with energy recovery systems. This new formula will take effect from 2014 World Championship.
The new ERS (to the detriment of the KERS, which will disappear) they will be more powerful, recognizing today (before that there was no proof in power Bank) that benefits do not suffer in terms of horsepower, between the LRA and the turbo. That if the maximum rpm will be revised downwards, that no one thinks back to 20,000 rpm.
I said before that the speculation going to strip now, I'd love to see how Honda returned to the F1 engine turbo, simply by the fact that it would coincide with the characteristics of the other previous V6 Honda turbo and also unbeatable. Made to Honda as riders (not as well as racing team), but also made less than Formula 1 is dependent on more engines and less aerodynamic. With this paradigm shift the tide again, aerodynamics is important but not so much, and may I return to hear sharp, powerful, spectacular engines.
You may, in addition, ERS a real button of overtaking, not like now that it is not really much. When all use it does not influence too. I am curious to know how a new 2014 F1 is configured. I'd sacrifice of step by curve for other things, one of the hopes I have to say. It is very spectacular to see how pass through curves at full speed, but remember other things also spectacular. Anyway, just me space to speculate, now it's your turn to say what you would like it was in 2014.
Now a gift, which is where all the poor quality of the cover photo:
