Williams F1 reform its technical department

The bad beginning of Williams F1 season is taking its toll. So that in the face of a year that is one of the "bosses" of the team already not be present. The head coach of the team, Sam Michael, and the head of aerodynamics, Jon Tomlinson, have announced that they will be leaving the team at the end of this season, just as they ended their contracts.
In the case of Sam Michael, Adam Parr and Frank Williams was offered to continue in the team in a different post, option dismissed in search of new challenges inside formula one. The departure of Michael coincides in time with the announcement that Mike Coughlan, ex-ingeniero head of McLaren and involved in the Stepneygate, tomara the reins of Williams F1 from next month. Under his baton was born the FW34 future.
In spite of this, Grove did not want to season by loss and for the Grand Prize of Turkey which is set to begin waiting to fight once and for all, by getting into the points. This will present a number of improvements in the FW33. For the moment, it seems clear that fight by a step-up is too far from the reach of Frank Williams and his boys.
