Grand Prix of Spain F1 2011: what happened last year?

What we have been saying all week. While at the Circuit de Catalunya teams have tested and re-probado, there is a racing team which, a priori, has much advantage. And that is none other than Red Bull. El kb7 fits perfectly to the Catalan route and therefore starting tomorrow they are rivals to beat.
Such was the case last year. After a less dominant start to season of what one would expect, in the Grand Prize of Spain of 2010, Red Bull and the RB6's Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel marked the pattern already from free practice.
But before that everything happened, we had some new features. Ferrari had received permission to modify their fragile engines and Spain they already presented its revised propeller. Another thing that revising was his advertising. The diagrams that hearkened back to a brand of tobacco left step to a simple square.
For its part, Mercedes GP led to the Circuit de Catalunya an important evolution aerodynamics of the MGP W01 which mainly highlighted its new takes of air split into two parts.
In qualifying, Mark Webber got his second pole of the year after beating Sebastian Vettel by just one-tenth. Behind the guys from Christian Horner, and a world of them, (8 tenths with third-placed) were Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button and Michael Schumacher.

The Sunday might bring us a monologue from Mark Webber. Victory outright. Although there was movement behind. Despite not vary the four top positions after the departure, during the race and because of problems of others, podium positions changed in several ocasciones.
Lewis Hamilton managed to overcome to Sebastian Vettel following his second pit. The German, with problems in the braking was later surpassed by Fernando Alonso. But if Hamilton got something thanks to its stop in boxes on the site we need to find the reason for its abandonment. A wrong tight nut caused vibrations that gave as result a blowout in the last vuelra. Alonso inherited a second position that knew to victory while Sebastian Vettel achieved a third place after all their problems.
Despite trouble in one of the pit-stop and be punished with a drive-trough for an incident with Karun Chandhok, Jaime Alguersuari achieved a magnificent tenth position giving a point. In the same output, Alguersuari managed to trace six positions although the bad luck prevented him from getting an even better result.
