In recent months they have jumped rumors indicating that world Rallye could be looking for new destinations. Obviously with nine of the thirteen evidence disputing on European soil, the FIA aims to remove any evidence of the old continent and export the WRC to other countries
According to Simon Long, the number of tests that make up the calendar stays between twelve and fourteen five years. The most logical solution in the times in which we live, we look forward to emerging economies as Russia, China, India or Brazil. According to the commercial director of the WRC, two of the Rallye currently on the calendar could give way to new destinations. We'll see what the timetable presented on 8 March.
I do not think that we we will see a revolution, but there is a desire to clear evolve into a more comprehensive calendar that we are currently focused in Europe. We need to look towards the large emerging economies, like Russia, China, India and Brazil.
