The IndyCar Series presents its cars by 2012 [image gallery]

As well we know, the big difference between an oval layout and another rutero / urban, makes in the IndyCar Series, will have to use two types of totally different aerodynamic configurations. This is not new, but what is new is that the coming Championship year will have new chassis Dallara and of course also have their versions for oval layout and rutero, which have been presented on the day of today.
As far as we can see, the new chassis Dallara, in its two versions are very interesting points although if I had to stay with one of them without doubt you do with the version oval track. The wheels almost completely carenadas rear, its lateral pontoons that stands out the soil with a sort of fins of sharks and the pointed front with a flat minimum, give this configuration a very peculiar style.
And if peculiar is the aerodynamic package for oval, for circuits ruteros reminds us some points to formula one. The front wing with its high levels, the endplate, the drifts in the hulks laterales…eso Yes, bridging the gap and taking into account that the IndyCar does not want to appear to the top flight.
Remember that one of the main developments with the arrival of the new chassis is that the aerodynamic packages could be developed by other manufacturers or equipment. This possibility is has been postponed to 2013, in order to control costs, and during the next season, teams will only use the two packages delivered by Dallara.
