If on the day of yesterday we we echoed the economic problems of Epsilon Euskadi, on the day of today we must repeat script, but with change of protagonist. Today, the information suggests the economic problems of the Circuito de Jerez, fruit of the debt owed on the occasion of the improvements that took place nine years ago and which had a cost of EUR 32.5 million.
Today, the debt owed from the Andalusian with construction companies route amounts to EUR 18 million. Given the possibility that the judge has ordered a ban on the goods of the circuit, the company responsible for the layout, Cirjesa (owned by the municipality of Jerez and the Junta de Andalucia) has decided to declare a preconcurso of creditors. The movement aims to gain time to be able to renegotiate the debt. Now begins the time trial that they have a period of three months to reach an agreement with creditors.
