Official confirmation of the cancellation of the Bahrain Grand Prix, the last question that remained unresolved was where were going to celebrate the last preseason test. As we discussed in due course, teams had met to work on an alternative to Sakhir plan and have found it. The solution is not to move the site and last offseason workouts will be held at the Circuit de Catalunya on Tuesday, March 8, to Friday, 11 March.
The chosen dates are a bit delayed with respect to those who were in the calendar, from 3 to 6 March, giving more time to teams honed small details in its factories before putting it on track. After the completion of the test at the Circuit de Catalunya, will have to wait two weeks 27 March to see the first Grand Prix of the season. We will not be nothing strange that the Grand Prize of Australia is the first race of the year. At least for many years it was.
